Our business, Green Matrix Agros Llp, is based at Flat No 1/4/44 in Saraswati Nagar. It is a simple residential neighborhood, and we like being part of a real community instead of a cold business park. Our office is just a regular flat where we handle all the logistics and planning for our agro business. There are usually three or four of us in here at any given time, surrounded by files and empty tea cups. Saraswati Nagar is a nice place to walk around during lunch, and we know most of the people on our street. We handle a lot of coordination between farmers and buyers, so the phone is usually ringing off the hook. It can get a bit hectic when multiple shipments are moving at once, but we manage. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or polished brochures. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything runs as smooth as possible. Some days the internet is slow or the power goes out for an hour, but that’s just how things go. We’ve been at this address for a couple of years and it has become a second home to us. We keep things straightforward and honest with everyone we deal with. If you come by, you’ll probably find us hunched over some spreadsheets or talking loudly on the mobile. That’s just the way we work.
