Nagriya Stones

You can find us at Nagriya Stones over in the industrial area, specifically at plots 112 and 113. The easiest way to spot our place is to look for the big water tank that’s right near us. It’s a good landmark because everything in this part of town starts to look the same after a while. Being in an industrial zone means there is plenty of room for all the stone we have to store. It’s mostly outdoor work, so we are at the mercy of the weather. When it rains, everything gets muddy, and when it’s dry, the dust from the stones gets everywhere. We don’t mind it much, it’s just the way the job is. We spend the day moving heavy slabs and making sure the inventory is where it should be. The office is just a small room where we handle the bills and drink tea when there is a spare minute. It’s a very practical setup, I think. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big showroom; we just have the stone out there for people to see. Most of our visitors are contractors or people who are building something nearby and need a specific type of material. We talk to them, show them what’s in the yard, and get things loaded up. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day, and we’ve been doing it like this for quite some time now.
