Our place is located right in Kailash Nagar, which is a busy part of Chittorgarh. Being near the Jk School means we have a very specific routine tied to the neighborhood. Every morning, we see the parents dropping their kids off and the school buses rolling past our gates. It’s been like this for years. Jk Cement Ltd. isn't a fancy corporate office. It’s a working site where things get a bit dusty and the work is physical. We have our yard where the trucks pull in and out all day long. The drivers know us well, and we usually have a quick word with them before they head out again. We don’t have any big marketing speeches to give. We just handle the cement bags and make sure the inventory is right. Most of the people working here have lived in Chittorgarh their whole lives, so we know the local area like the back of our hands. We don't use any high-tech systems for everything; a lot of it is just keeping a good eye on things. Some days the heat in Kailash Nagar is pretty intense, especially in the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. It’s a simple business. We don't have any fancy plans or slogans. We just open up in the morning, do the work that needs doing, and close up when the day is done. It’s a steady way to live and work in a place we know well.
