I've been at 12 Commercial Road for a good while now. Our spot is right on Coonoor Road, which stays pretty busy most days. If you know the Coffee House, we're basically right next to it. It’s a handy landmark because everyone knows where to get a cup. Most of the time, I’m just here at the desk handling calls or looking over some rental papers. The office isn't fancy, just a few chairs and a lot of files. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few years. People wander in after their coffee sometimes just to ask about what’s available in the area. We handle things around here, mostly just local stuff. It’s a lot of walking back and forth to different properties when someone wants to see a place. The weather up here in Coonoor can be a bit tricky, so some days are slower than others when it rains. I usually keep a few spare umbrellas for when folks come by. It’s just me and a couple of others keeping things moving. We don't do anything too complicated, just showing houses and getting the keys sorted. If you’re passing by the Coffee House, you’ll see our sign. It’s nothing special, but it gets the job done. I’ve lived around these parts a long time, so I know which roads get jammed and which ones are quiet.
