Our office is located at 241-B on Hospital Road. It’s a very busy street because the hospital is so close by, which means there are always people walking past and cars looking for parking spots. We’ve been operating out of this small space for a good while now. Inside, it’s just a regular real estate office without any frills. We have a couple of desks, some tall cupboards for all the property files, and a few simple chairs for visitors to use. It’s not a big, polished place with glass walls or modern lighting. It’s more of a local shop where we know the names of almost every street around here. Working on Hospital Road means it’s never truly quiet, but we don’t really mind the noise. We handle property deals and talk to people about land and houses in this specific part of town. There’s usually a pot of tea being made in the small back room. We keep things pretty simple here. We don’t have a big team of sales people wearing expensive suits. It’s just us doing the regular, daily work of a real estate office. The walls have a few local maps and property listings pinned up, and the floor is just plain grey tiles. It can get a little bit crowded when more than two people visit us at once, but we always make it work. We’re just a local business trying to do things right for the neighborhood.
