Naya Bazar is a crowded place, and we are right in the thick of it at number 5584. Bishan Saroop Ramkishan Agro Pvt. Ltd has been a name around here for a long time. You can hear the shouting of traders and the sound of heavy bags being moved all day long. It’s not a quiet office by any means. We deal with agricultural products, so there’s always a bit of grain dust in the air and the smell of the earth. Our space is old, with high ceilings and walls that have seen a lot of history. We don’t have many modern frills. We use old wooden tables and stools that have been here for decades. It’s a busy environment where everyone is always moving. We talk to farmers and suppliers from morning till night. Sometimes the traffic in the bazar gets so bad that nothing can move for an hour, but that’s just life in Naya Bazar. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just know our products and we know the market. Our customers are people who have been dealing with us for generations. It’s about being reliable and showing up every day to do the work. We aren't looking to change much, we just like doing what we do. The tea man comes by twice a day, and that’s our main break.
