We run a small coaching setup here in Rohini. It’s not a big fancy academy or anything like that. Mostly, we just have a few rooms where students come after school to get some extra help with their studies. The area is full of families, so there are always kids around looking to improve their grades. We cover various subjects, but it really depends on what the students are struggling with at the time. Sometimes it's math, other times it's science or English. We’ve got a few desks and whiteboards, and that’s about it. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed because we want the kids to feel okay about asking questions they might be too shy to ask in their regular classrooms. We spend our afternoons and evenings explaining the same concepts in different ways until someone finally gets it. It’s satisfying when you see that lightbulb moment. We don't have any big advertisements. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends at school. It’s just local teachers helping local kids. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the classes change over, but usually, it's just the sound of pens clicking and pages turning. We’re just trying to help the students in Rohini get through their exams and understand their schoolwork a little bit better. It’s simple, honest work that we’ve been doing for a while now without any fuss.
