If you head down to Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, you’ll find Zalix Pharmaceuticals Private Limited in the basement of building F-34/4. It’s office number 3. Working in a basement means we don’t see much of the sun during the day, but it stays a bit cooler down here. Okhla is always loud with trucks and people moving machinery, so there’s a lot of energy around. We’ve been operating from this spot, focusing on our pharmaceutical distribution and office tasks. It’s a busy environment. We have shelves lining the walls and a few desks where we sit to handle the accounts and orders. It’s not the kind of place with carpets and glass walls. It’s an industrial area, so things are functional and straightforward. Sometimes we have to move stuff around to make space for new arrivals. We’ve got a small crew who knows how to handle the logistics. Every day is pretty much the same—checking the lists, answering the phone, and making sure the supplies are moving out on time. The parking outside can be a nightmare, so we usually get in early to find a spot. It’s just a solid, working office where we put in the hours. We don’t spend time on fancy decorations or anything. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done to keep the business running.
