Youthancer Online Solutions Private Limited is on the third floor of Plot No. 3 in Shankar Vihar, right along the Main Vikas Marg. Because we are on a main road in East Delhi, there is a constant hum of traffic outside that we have mostly learned to ignore. Being on the third floor means a lot of stairs, which can be tiring in the summer heat, but it gives us a bit of distance from the street noise. The office is a fairly basic setup with long tables and chairs for everyone. We do not have any polished lobby or a professional decorator’s touch. It is just a place where we come to work on online projects. We have a lot of cables running across the floor and a few whiteboards that are always covered in scribbles. We do not spend much time on fancy meetings or corporate talk. We just sit down, get our work done, and talk about our lives during the breaks. There is a small balcony where we sometimes go to take a phone call or just get a moment of air. Most of us bring our own lunch, but there are plenty of places nearby if we want to grab something quick. It is a very straightforward, practical place to work. We are just a group of people trying to make things happen in a busy part of the city without any extra fluff.
