We are located at House No. 51 on the ground floor in Village Khirki. It’s right in the middle of South Delhi, but it has that old village feel where everything is a bit closer together. Working on the ground floor means we are right there with the street life. You can hear the bikes zooming past and people shouting greetings to each other. It’s a lively place to be. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got our computers, a few filing cabinets, and a table for when we need to sit together and figure something out. We don’t spend much time worrying about the aesthetic of the place. As long as the lights work and the internet is stable, we are happy. We usually start our day around nine, and things don’t really slow down until late. Khirki is a busy area, and there is always something happening just outside the door. We’ve gotten to know the people who work in the shops nearby. We don’t really do any big promotions or try to sound like a giant corporation. We’re just a small team working out of a ground-floor room. There is a lot of paper moving back and forth, and the phone rings a fair amount. We just handle it all as it comes. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how we work. We focus on getting through the day’s list and making sure nothing gets missed.
