Windsorfashionjewellery is located at 3 Shanti Niketan, tucked away inside Gali No 23 in the Moti Bagh area. It’s a bit quieter around here than some of the main markets, which is actually quite nice when you’re working with small pieces of jewelry all day. We have various drawers and glass cases full of different items. Some of them are very shiny and elaborate, while others are more simple for everyday wear. We spend a lot of our time looking at tiny details under the bright lights at our workbenches. It’s a small, local operation. We don’t have hundreds of employees, just a handful of people who really know how to handle and sort the stock. Moti Bagh is a decent place to work, and Gali No 23 isn't too hard for people to find once they know the general area. We’ve got a daily routine that seems to work well for us. We come in, check what sold the day before, and then figure out what needs to be restocked or ordered. We don’t use a lot of flowery language or big promises to describe what we sell. They are just pieces of fashion jewelry that people might like to buy for themselves or as gifts for someone else. Sometimes we sit around the small table in the back and talk about new ideas, but mostly we are just busy with the regular day-to-day tasks. It’s a practical life. We aren't looking to become some global brand. We just want to keep the shop running.
