We are located on the 2nd floor of the C-1 building in the SDA Community Centre. It’s a lively part of New Delhi, and there is always something happening right outside our windows. Windsor Specialty Resins Pvt. Ltd. is a relatively small team handling a very specific type of product. We deal with specialty resins, which means we spend a lot of our time looking at technical specs and talking to manufacturers. Our office is fairly simple. We have our desks, a few computers, and shelves lined with folders and sample containers. It isn't a high-end corporate suite; it’s a working office where we handle the logistics of our trade. Sometimes the community center gets so crowded that it’s a bit of a struggle to find a quiet moment, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just focus on managing the supply and making sure our orders are correct. Most of our day is spent on the phone or responding to emails from people who need specific resin types for their own projects. We take our tea breaks when we can and try to keep the paperwork from piling up too high. It’s a straightforward business, and we’ve been at it long enough to know the ins and outs of the industry without needing to make a big show of it. We keep our heads down and get the shipping sorted.
