You’ll find us in the Naraina Industrial Area, Phase II. We’re in a building called Saraswati House, at A-5. It’s a real industrial neighborhood, not like those fancy office parks you see elsewhere. There’s always trucks moving around and the sound of machinery nearby. We work with specialty ingredients, which means we spend a lot of time looking at specs and talking to food technologists. Our office is practical—lots of files, some sample jars, and people busy at their desks. It can get a bit dusty around here because of all the construction and activity in the area, but we like being where the action is. We started out small and just kept at it. Every day is a bit different; one day we’re worrying about a shipment from overseas, and the next we’re helping a local bakery figure out a recipe issue. We don't put on airs here. We just want to do a good job and keep our heads down. The team knows their stuff, and we’ve built up a lot of knowledge over the years just by doing the work. It’s a busy environment, and sometimes it gets stressful when deadlines are tight, but we manage. We just keep moving forward, one day at a time, making sure the ingredients get delivered. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just us trying to work.
