Win India is based right in Pragati Maidan. It is a very active place to be, as there are always exhibitions, trade fairs, and people from all over the world walking around. Our workspace is right in the middle of all that action. It is quite different from a quiet office in the suburbs. There is always a lot of noise and something new happening every day. We’ve been operating from here for a while, and we have seen how the grounds have changed over the years. Because we are in such a public place, we don't really have a secluded area. We are constantly interacting with visitors or other people working the events. It can be quite tiring to be on your feet so much, but it keeps the day interesting. Our team is small and we don't have any complicated rules or a corporate handbook. We just focus on what needs to be done for the current event or project. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just a group of people who work hard in a very busy environment. Sometimes it feels a bit chaotic with the crowds and the security checks, but we’ve gotten used to the routine of Pragati Maidan. We just try to stay organized and keep moving forward with whatever the day brings. It’s a unique way to work.
