Running Vinychem International from a flat in Vasant Kunj is actually more practical than it might sound. We are over in Sector D-6, specifically Flat No. 6153/4. If you know the Nelson Mandela Flyover, we are right opposite that, so it’s easy to tell people where to go. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and the sound of the traffic from the flyover is something you just get used to after a while. We aren't some huge company with a skyscraper; it’s a small, focused setup here in the flat. We deal with chemical imports and trade stuff, which means a lot of emails and phone calls at odd hours because of the time differences. Sometimes the living room feels more like a storage room with all the samples and files lying around. We’ve been in Vasant Kunj for a good while, and it’s a convenient location for getting around the city when we have meetings. The neighbors are used to us by now. We try to keep the noise down, though the courier guys coming and going can be a bit much. It’s just a few of us working here, trying to keep everything organized. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. It’s just a regular place where work gets done. Most days we’re just sitting at the computers or checking on shipments that are moving across the map.
