Our company is tucked away in Vivek Vihar at D-228. It’s a residential and commercial mix around here, so it’s a bit different from the huge industrial zones you see elsewhere. We handle chemicals at Dr. Jain And Rishabh Chemical Company, which means we have to be very careful with how we store things and how we move them around the facility. The building isn't huge, but it's ours. It feels like a family business because most of us have known each other for many years. Dr. Jain and the rest of the team spend a lot of time checking the inventory and making sure everything is labeled correctly. You won't find any high-tech lounges or fancy reception areas here. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and the storage area in the back. People in the neighborhood are used to seeing us around. It’s the kind of place where you know the name of the guy who delivers the mail and the person at the corner shop. The work is mostly routine—taking orders, checking the chemical batches, and getting them sent out to customers. We don’t do much advertising at all. Most of our business comes from people who have worked with us for a long time and trust what we do. It’s a simple operation, really. We show up, do the work, and make sure everything is locked up tight before we head home in the evening.
