You’ll find us at G-9 on the first floor in Jangpura Extension. It’s a nice, somewhat quieter part of New Delhi, away from the extreme rush of the main commercial centers. We are in the herbal business, dealing with various natural products and plant-based ingredients. When you walk into our office, you can usually smell the different herbs we have in stock. It’s not a massive operation; we are a small team and this is where we handle all the administrative work and keep our samples. The office is on the first floor of a regular building, so there are some stairs to climb. We spend most of our time talking to farmers and suppliers, and then arranging for the herbs to get to our customers. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking quality reports. We don't have a fancy showroom because we don't really sell to people walking in off the street. It’s mostly bulk orders and specialized products. We’ve been in Jangpura for a while now and we like the neighborhood feel. Sometimes we sit by the window and watch the street while we have our afternoon tea. We aren't interested in using big corporate words or mission statements. We just know our herbs and we work hard to make sure the orders are correct. It’s a simple, honest business that keeps us occupied and happy throughout the year.
