Our shop is Muskan Arogyashri Herbal Care, and you can find us in Jhilmil Colony, B Block. We are right near the Cross River Mall, which is a major landmark around here that everyone knows. Even though the mall is very fancy and modern, our place is pretty simple and down-to-earth. We mostly focus on herbal care products and traditional remedies. We have shelves lined with various jars, bottles, and packets of herbs. It is not a high-tech setup at all. We just use the methods and products that have worked for a long time. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby or people who happen to be visiting the mall and wander over to see what we have. The air inside the shop always smells like dried plants, roots, and various oils. It is a very relaxing smell once you get used to it. We do not have a big marketing budget or any flashy advertisements. We just talk to the people who come in and help them find whatever they are looking for. Sometimes we sit on the bench out front when it is slow and watch the traffic go by toward the mall entrance. Jhilmil Colony is a busy place, but our specific block stays relatively calm most of the time. We have been here for a while, so we know most of the other shop owners on this street. It is just a regular local business run by people who care.
