We are based in Bharat Nagar, New Delhi. It is one of those neighborhoods where everyone seems to be doing something different. Our office is a modest space where we spend most of our waking hours. It is not very far from the main road, so it is easy to find, but it still feels like its own little world inside. We have a couple of rooms filled with our things. There are books, folders, and computers everywhere you look. It’s a bit messy at times, but that is just how we work. We aren't the type of people who need everything to be perfectly lined up. As long as we can find what we need for the current task, we are fine. The morning starts with someone unlocking the door and turning on the lights. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background. It helps the day go by faster. We don’t have a lot of meetings; we just talk to each other while we work. The furniture is a mix of things we’ve picked up over the years. It isn't a designer office by any means. It’s a place where we feel at home while we’re busy. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, and we often see the same people walking by every day. It’s a very grounded, local way to run things in the city.
