Universal Imports & Exports

Our office is at No. 123 Vigyapan Lok. If you’re looking for Universal Imports & Exports, it’s the building that always seems to have a few crates sitting near the entrance. We aren't a huge corporation with a receptionist in a suit. Mostly it’s just a couple of us trying to keep the schedules straight. Some days are really quiet, just answering emails and checking on where a container might be stuck. Other days, everyone is talking at once because three things arrived at the same time and the truck is blocking the driveway. It can be a bit of a mess, but we manage. We handle all sorts of goods coming from different places and heading out to others. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the paperwork matches what’s in the boxes. The office gets a bit dusty with all the cardboard moving around. We try to keep things organized, but when you're busy, things tend to pile up on the desks. We’ve got a small kitchen in the back where we spend a lot of time drinking coffee and complaining about the traffic in the area. It’s a decent place to work. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on getting the shipments processed so they can get to wherever they're supposed to be going next. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
