Our place is at 9 B, Bhagwati Garden, which is near Diwan Estate in Uttam Nagar. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, which is nice because it’s a little less noisy than the heart of the market. We are a medical firm and we spend most of our time dealing with the equipment and the technical side of things. Our office is a simple setup where we keep our records and handle the daily operations. We aren't a massive company with a huge headquarters; we are just a small team working out of West Delhi. Most days involve us checking on orders, talking to suppliers, and making sure the logistics are moving along. Bhagwati Garden is a developing area and we’ve seen it change quite a bit since we started. We like being in this part of town because it feels like a real neighborhood. We don't use any fancy language or corporate talk here; we just speak plainly about what needs to be done. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it’s a bit of a struggle to keep everything on track, but we manage. We just focus on being reliable and getting our work finished by the end of the day.
