S. M. S. Overseas

S. M. S. Overseas is located at No. C- 9/ 9516 Vasant Kunj. It’s a bit quieter out here compared to the main markets, which is nice. We aren’t a huge operation. It’s mostly just a few of us handling international trade stuff from this office. We started out small and stayed that way on purpose. It’s easier to manage things when you know exactly what’s happening with every single order. We spend a lot of our time on the computer or looking at invoices. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait around, which is frustrating. We aren't into big slogans or fancy business meetings. We usually just sit around the main table and figure things out as they come. Vasant Kunj is a good area, and we’ve been here long enough to know where to get the best snacks. Our office has plenty of light, which helps during those long afternoons. We handle everything from the paperwork to the final logistics. It’s a lot of back and forth with different agencies. We don't pretend to be some massive corporation. We’re just a local business trying to make sure our clients get what they paid for. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is due, but mostly we try to keep regular hours. It’s a steady life and we’re okay with that. There's always work to be done and we just get through it.
