We operate out of 26/1 gali Number 3 in Kapashera, near Vasant Kunj. This location is where we coordinate all our ambulance and nursing care services. It is a very busy area with narrow lanes, so driving the ambulances in and out requires a lot of skill and patience. Our office is a simple room where we keep the logs and the dispatch radio. There is a small tea shop just around the corner where the drivers usually wait between shifts. Life here is unpredictable because we never know when an emergency call will come in. Sometimes it is quiet for a few hours, and then suddenly everything happens at once. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy website. Most people in the area know us just by seeing our vehicles on the road or through word of mouth. It is tough work, but it is what we do here in Kapashera every single day.
