Pro Patient Relation Officer

Pro Patient Relation Officer is the name of our small setup here. We are located at Qd 43 on the second floor in Pitampura, New Delhi. It’s a residential block mostly, so it feels a bit more relaxed than being in a big commercial tower. Being on the second floor means we are away from the direct noise of the street, though you can still hear the vendors passing by in the afternoons. Our work is mostly about talking to people and handling various things related to patient needs. It’s not the kind of job where you sit in a glass office. Most of the day is spent on the phone or talking to whoever walks through the door. The furniture is practical, just some desks and some chairs for visitors to sit on while they wait. We don't have any big signs outside, just the name on the door. It’s a simple operation with only a few people working here. Pitampura is a nice place to be based because it’s got everything we need close by. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people find us because they need help with something specific. We just try to keep things moving and stay organized with our notes and files. It’s just honest work in a quiet corner of the city, and that’s basically all there is to our story at this location.
