Variant Infra Tech Private Limited

Our office is tucked away in CR Park, over at K-1/113. If you know New Delhi, you know this neighborhood has a specific feel to it. It’s not like the big glass towers you see in Gurgaon. Variant Infra Tech Private Limited is more of a local operation, dealing with infrastructure stuff and technical projects from this base. Most of the time, the desks are piled with plans and there’s always a few people coming in and out from site visits. We’ve been operating from this EPDP area for a while now. It’s where we handle all the coordination. It gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once, but we manage. We aren’t big on corporate meetings that go nowhere. We’d rather just talk through a problem over a quick cup of chai and get back to the drawings. The city is always growing, and there is always something needing repair or building, which keeps us pretty occupied. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi makes getting to the office a struggle, but we’re usually here by mid-morning. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us working on tech and infra projects. We know the local roads and the way things work around here. It’s a practical way of doing business, keeping things simple and focusing on the task at hand without overcomplicating the small stuff for our neighbors and partners across the city.
