V R Movies

Our place is over at Katwaria Sarai 124, which is a bit of a crowded area especially during the evenings. V R Movies has been operating out of this small space for some time now. When you walk in, you’ll see the walls are covered with posters, some of them are peeling at the edges because of the humidity. We spend a lot of our time just organizing the reels or checking the digital files to make sure nothing skips during a showing. The seats we have aren't the newest, and sometimes you can hear them creak when someone moves around, but they do the job just fine. It’s mostly locals who come by, people who live just a few streets away and want to see something without traveling too far. The air conditioning works okay, though it takes a while to cool the room down when it's full of people. We keep the lobby area fairly simple, just a counter where we handle things and maybe a few snacks if we have them in stock. There’s always a bit of dust on the shelves because of the construction work happening down the road, so we’re constantly wiping things down. It feels like a real neighborhood spot where everyone knows each other, and we don't try to make it seem like anything more than what it is. It's just a place to watch a movie and relax for a couple of hours.
