We are based over in North Chajju Pur, specifically at C-16 A on Street Number 4. It’s a regular neighborhood in Delhi 94, not where you might expect a film company to be. We have been working out of this space for quite some time now. Most of our work involves the technical side of things, like editing or getting equipment ready for a shoot. Sometimes the street gets a bit narrow when we are loading up gear, but we make it work. Film work is a lot of waiting around and then rushing to get things finished. We spend many hours in front of screens or checking cameras. It’s not like the movies you see on the big screen; it’s mostly just hard work and long days. We deal with all sorts of small projects, and occasionally something a bit bigger comes our way. The office is usually messy with cables and hard drives lying around. People pop in to discuss scripts or to see how a project is coming along. We don’t have a big fancy studio, just our small setup here in the community. It can get quite hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and keep working. We know the people on our street well, and they are used to us moving stuff in and out at odd hours. It’s a bit of a grind, but we like being part of the local scene here and making things happen for our clients.
