V Customer

V Customer is located right in the middle of the chaos at Babaganganath Market in Munirka, New Delhi. Our office is at 211-C on the 4th floor. If you’ve ever been to Munirka, you know how packed the streets are and how many people are always moving around. Getting up to the 4th floor is a good bit of exercise every morning since the stairs can be steep. We handle a lot of customer-related tasks here, which usually involves a lot of talking and typing. The market noise definitely filters up to us, so there’s always a background hum of traffic and vendors. We have a small setup with computers and headsets, and it can get pretty cramped when everyone is in at the same time. The heat in Delhi during the summer makes the 4th floor a bit like an oven, but we have our fans and coolers to keep us going. We deal with all sorts of questions and issues throughout the day. It’s not always easy, especially when someone is having a bad day on the other end of the line, but we just try to stay calm and get through it. Babaganganath Market is a great place to grab lunch, which is one of the perks of working here. We’re just a regular bunch of people trying to do a good job in a very busy part of New Delhi.
