Jcb Secure Services operates out of Plot No.- 12 Verma Road Pradhan Chowk Vikas Nagar Uttam Nagar. It is a busy spot near the chowk and there is always a lot of traffic passing by the front door. We spend most of our time organizing schedules for the staff and checking in on different sites. Our office is quite small and usually filled with stacks of logbooks and extra uniforms. Sometimes people walk in off the street asking for work and we have to explain the process to them. It gets a bit chaotic on Monday mornings when everyone is trying to figure out their shift changes. We use a lot of paper for the registers because that’s just how we’ve always done it. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually go when things get too quiet in the office. We don't have any big signs or bright lights, just the name on the door. Dealing with security matters means someone is always on the phone at odd hours. My cousin helps me with the phone calls when I have to head out to Verma Road for a meeting. It’s a lot of sitting around and then suddenly being very busy all at once. We just try to keep things moving without too much trouble. It’s a plain business but it keeps us all occupied throughout the week.
