We are located in Sourabh Vihar, which is part of the 110044 area of New Delhi. Our address is a bit of a mouthful, H-121 in the extension of Sourabh Vihar, near the old house number 165 at Kh No. 70. It is a typical Delhi neighborhood with a lot of narrow lanes and houses built very close together. At Usb Pharmaceutical (Opc) Private Limited, we operate as a small-scale setup. The office is basically just a room where we handle all the pharmaceutical paperwork and logistics. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of documents to sort through in the afternoons. There is a lot of activity in the street outside, with kids playing or vendors selling vegetables from their carts. We do not have a fancy lobby or a waiting room. People just come to the door and knock. We spend most of our time talking to distributors over the phone or on the messaging apps. The light in the office is okay during the day, but we need the lamps on by late afternoon to see clearly. We keep the kettle going for tea throughout the day. It is a quiet life for the most part, just managing the business one day at a time. The neighbors are friendly enough and we know them well. Sometimes we have to explain exactly where the building is located for the delivery drivers.
