Tet Guru

Tet Guru is located in the basement of B 1/14 A in Yamuna Vihar, Delhi. We are right on the service line and very close to the Allahabad Bank, which is how most people find us. Since we are in a basement, it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is nice for the students when the heat gets bad. It’s not a huge space, but we’ve made it work with enough desks and chairs for everyone. We spend our days preparing for different teaching exams and going over old papers. It’s a very specific kind of work, and we take it seriously without being too stiff about it. The lighting isn't always perfect, and sometimes we have to move things around to fit a new group, but it’s a functional place. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. People just come down the stairs and get straight to their books. We’ve been here in Yamuna Vihar for some time, and we’ve gotten to know the people around the service line quite well. It’s a simple, local setup. We do our own cleaning and organizing most of the time because we don't have a big staff. It feels like a real community spot where people just want to get ahead. We’re usually there from morning until late evening, just keeping the classes going and making sure the students have what they need to pass. It’s just a small basement room, but it’s where all the work happens.
