We are Techmed Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, and you’ll find us at Plot No.-239 in the Patparganj Industrial Estate. We are on the front side, right on the ground floor, which makes things easy for deliveries. Being in the FIE area means we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses, so it’s always active around here. New Delhi 110092 is where we’ve set up shop. The industrial estate has a certain feel to it, lots of trucks and people working hard. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle our pharma business. We like being on the ground floor because we don't have to deal with elevators or stairs when we have heavy boxes. It gets a bit dusty with all the traffic in Patparganj, but that’s just part of being in an industrial zone. We spend our hours making sure everything is logged correctly. It’s a straightforward operation. No one here wears a suit unless they have to. We are just regular people doing a job. The front side of Plot 239 is our little domain. It’s noisy and busy, but it works for us. We’ve been here long enough that we know the neighbors. It’s just a practical place to run a company without any of the corporate fluff. We get the shipments in, we get them out, and we go home.
