Sweet Art Chocolates

Sweet Art Chocolates is located at F-130/6 D1 in Gautam Nagar. It isn't a big factory or a shop you'd see in a mall. It’s more of a small kitchen unit where we make our chocolates. The whole place usually smells like cocoa and sugar, which I suppose is a nice way to spend the day. We spend most of our time tempering chocolate, filling molds, and wrapping individual pieces by hand. It’s a slow process and can get pretty messy when we're busy. We don't have a fancy storefront with glass displays. Usually, we are just in the back making sure the batches turn out okay. Sometimes the temperature in the room gets too high and we have to stop and cool things down so the chocolate sets right. It’s just a few of us working here. We use simple tools and don't really bother with big industrial machines. Gautam Nagar is a busy area, but once you step inside our unit, it's a bit quieter. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. We just focus on making the sweets and getting them ready for whoever has ordered them. It's a lot of standing on your feet and careful work with your hands. We just enjoy the process of making something people like to eat and keeping our small setup running smoothly every day.
