Svamanthan (Opc) Private Limited is tucked away in Munirka Enclave. We are at number 195. It’s a fairly quiet spot compared to some other parts of New Delhi. The office is basically a converted space that suits our needs perfectly. We do a lot of individual work here, since it’s an OPC. That means things stay pretty simple without too many people running around. The room has a large desk and plenty of books piled up in the corners. It smells a bit like old paper and coffee most mornings. I spend my time working on various projects, usually focused on what our clients need for their own growth. The view from the window is just the street and a few trees, but it’s peaceful. I don’t have a receptionist or a big team to manage. If the phone rings, I’m the one who answers it. It’s a very direct way of doing business. Some people might think it’s a bit lonely, but I find I get more done this way. The Munirka area is nice because it’s easy to get around from here. I’ve lived in Delhi a long time, and this enclave feels like a good middle ground. I don’t use fancy slogans or try to impress anyone with big talk. I just show up every day, sit at my desk, and get to work. It’s a steady routine that seems to work out well for everyone involved.
