Bliss Ayurveda

We are situated at No. 136 in Surya Niketan, which is part of the Ncr area. It’s a nice enough spot for our little Ayurveda business. When you walk in, you can usually smell the herbs and oils we keep in the back. It’s not a clinical smell, more like a kitchen where someone is making something traditional. We have shelves full of bottles and packets. Most of our day is spent filling orders and talking to people who want to know more about the different powders we have. We aren't scientists or anything, we just know what we have in stock and how it’s traditionally used. The office area is just a couple of tables with some computers that are a few years old. We don’t have any fancy marketing people. It’s just us doing the packing and labeling. Surya Niketan is a decent place to work, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together in the small break area. It’s a quiet life for the most part. We like the fact that we’re dealing with natural stuff. It feels a bit better than just handling cold pieces of metal. We don’t make any big promises, we just sell what we have and try to be fair about it. Every evening we lock up the shutters and head home, ready to do it again tomorrow.
