Sudha Physiotherpy Clinic

Over in Dilshad Garden, at 357A J & K Pocket, is where we have Sudha Physiotherpy Clinic. It is a residential-feeling area, so it is usually a bit quieter than being out on a big main highway. We have a small space here where we work with people on their mobility and getting their strength back. Most of our visitors are from the nearby blocks right here in the garden. We have our treatment tables and some small weights and bands for the exercises. The lighting is just regular overhead lights, nothing special or fancy. It is a very practical environment for this kind of work. We spend the day helping people with their stiff necks or their sore knees. It is a lot of repetition, but that is how physiotherapy works. You just do the same moves over and over until things start to feel better. We do not have a big reception desk or a lot of extra staff standing around. Usually, it is just a couple of us here making sure the appointments are kept on time. The J & K Pocket is a nice enough spot, and we like being tucked away a little bit from the noise. It makes the clinic feel a bit more private for the people coming in for their sessions. We keep a schedule on a paper log and just check people in as they arrive at the door. We are just a local clinic doing what we can for the neighbors around Dilshad Garden.
