Physiotherapy

This physiotherapy practice is located in Munirka, at House Number 380. We are part of the property belonging to Dharampal Singh Tokas. It’s a residential area in New Delhi, so it feels very quiet compared to the main markets. The house is a standard building for this neighborhood, and we have set up the space to handle the daily visits from people needing help with their recovery or pain. We don't have a big reception desk or a bunch of flashy equipment. It’s just a practical space where the work gets done. Munirka can be a bit of a maze with all the small lanes, but House 380 is easy enough to spot once you are on the right street. We spend a lot of time on our feet, working with people and making sure they are doing their exercises correctly. It is a humble setup. We don't talk about being the best or anything like that; we just focus on the person in front of us. The air in Munirka can be a bit heavy in the winters, but inside the house, it is usually calm. Most of our neighbors have lived here for decades, so there is a nice sense of belonging. We aren't a big hospital or a fancy clinic. We are just a local spot where people come to get better. It’s a simple, honest job and we like the quiet routine of it. We keep our doors open for the locals.
