Our office is located at 101/2 on Street Number 15 in Pratap Nagar, which is part of Mayur Vihar Phase-i. Snera Exim Pvt. Ltd. might have a formal name, but we are a pretty down-to-earth group. The street outside can get a bit narrow and crowded, especially when trucks are trying to navigate the turns. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers, surrounded by stacks of documents. We spend our time coordinating between different parties to make sure exports go where they are supposed to. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and through email. We aren't the type of place with a big shiny sign or a fancy waiting room. Most people who come here are drivers or suppliers, and we usually just talk shop over a quick tea. There’s always something that needs fixing, whether it’s a printer that won’t work or a shipment that’s stuck at the port. We don’t have a grand philosophy; we just try to be practical and solve problems as they pop up. Working in Pratap Nagar has its own rhythm, and we’ve adapted to it over the years. It’s a busy life, and we don’t get much downtime, but it feels good to see a job through to the end. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current order. It’s not complicated, just steady work by a local crew who knows the business and works through the day.
