Simon India Ltd

Simon India Ltd is based at 6, Block No. 1 in the Anupam Apartments in Saket, New Delhi. Saket is a very busy part of the city, but being in Anupam Apartments gives us a slightly more contained space to work from. We are in one of the blocks near the entrance. It is a bit of a mix here, with people living in the apartments and some small offices like ours tucked in between. The space is not very large, so we have to stay organized, or everything becomes a mess of paper very quickly. We have some sturdy desks and plenty of shelves for our technical manuals. Working in Delhi means there is always something happening outside, whether it is the sound of cars or people walking to the nearby markets. We don't have a big corporate lobby. You just come to the apartment door and ring the bell. It feels a bit like a home office, which makes it a comfortable place to spend the day. We have a small balcony where we can stand for a few minutes to get some air. The metro isn't too far away, which is how most of us get to work. We don't spend money on marketing or fancy branding because we have enough to keep us busy just by being here. It is a simple, functional office where we focus on the engineering tasks at hand. We usually have some biscuits and tea around four o’clock to help finish the day.
