Shiv Paneer Bhandar

Shiv Paneer Bhandar is located up on the 3rd floor at U 70 in Shakarpur. It might seem a bit odd to have a dairy-related business on the third floor, but that is where we have our space. We deal with paneer and other dairy items every single day. It involves a lot of lifting heavy containers and keeping everything very clean. The stairs can be a bit of a workout when we are moving stock, but we are used to it by now. Shakarpur is a crowded area, and U 70 is right in the middle of all that noise and energy. We don’t have a big storefront on the street with neon signs. Most people who buy from us know exactly where to go. We spend our mornings getting the fresh batches ready and making sure everything is cooled properly. It’s a simple business without any bells and whistles. We aren't looking to become some huge national chain; we just want to provide good paneer to the people who need it. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the work extra tough, but we just keep the fans going and stay focused. We’ve been in Shakarpur for a while, and we like the people here. It’s a honest way to make a living. You won't find us on social media much. We’re usually too busy with the milk and the crates. If you climb the stairs at U 70, you’ll find us working away.
