Our location on Bhishma Pitamah Marg in Wazir Nagar is one of those busy spots where things never seem to slow down. The address is 1511/1, and we have been a part of this New Delhi neighborhood for a good while. It is a very active area, especially with all the traffic passing through 110003. We aren't just a big brand name; the people working here are locals who live just a few blocks away. You can hear the sounds of the street all day long, from the cars to the local vendors. The kitchen stays hot and there is a lot of rushing around to keep things moving. We don't spend much time on fancy speeches or looking polished. Usually, our aprons are a bit messy by the end of a shift because we are actually doing the work.
