Our office is located at 112 T. C. Jaina Tower-1 in the Janakpuri District Centre. It’s a pretty tall building and there are always people rushing around the hallways. We have been here for a while, working on the herbal side of things. Shakti Herbalaboveall Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is mostly about marketing and distribution. We don't have any big flashy signs inside. It is just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of product samples. The district centre is a noisy place, but once you get inside the tower, it’s a bit quieter. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to people about the herbal products we carry. Sometimes the lift breaks down and we have to walk up, which isn't fun, but it’s just how it goes. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It’s just us doing the daily work. We check the orders, talk to the suppliers, and make sure everything is logged in the system. It isn't always perfect. Sometimes there is a mix-up with the files, but we fix it and move on. We know the other folks in the tower and sometimes grab lunch at the stalls nearby. We just keep things simple and focus on the herbal marketing work we have in front of us. It is a steady routine and we like it that way.
