Davam Exim Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away in the S-672 A School Block in Shakarpur. It’s a neighborhood that feels like home to us because we’ve been here so long. The office is in a spot that’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for the number on the door. It’s a simple setup, really. We have our computers, a few printers that sometimes jam, and stacks of documents that need signatures. We do import and export work, which means we spend a lot of time waiting for calls or tracking shipments on the screen. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time, though things can get stressful when a deadline is breathing down our necks. We don't use big corporate words or try to act like we’re something we’re not. We’re just a small group of people trying to earn a living by moving products. Shakarpur is a crowded area, so there’s always something happening right outside. We often grab lunch from the local stalls nearby. The office isn't decorated with anything special, just some old calendars and maybe a few photos. We prefer it that way because it keeps the focus on the tasks at hand. We handle the logistics and try to make sure everyone involved is on the same page. It’s not always easy, but we get it done in our own way. That's just us at School Block.
