Searchicon Digital Private Limited is situated at 100, Village Kilokari. It’s a bit of an older area, so it has a lot of character and tight streets that keep you on your toes if you’re driving. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us and we know them. The office itself is just a regular building where we set up our equipment. It’s nothing like those glass buildings you see in Noida or Gurgaon. We like it here because it feels real. We spend our days dealing with digital tasks, mostly staring at spreadsheets or lines of code. It gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we usually prop the door open or go for a quick walk to stretch our legs. There are no fancy titles or strict dress codes here. If the work gets done, everyone is happy. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, but we usually try to wrap up by six. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea, which is pretty much the fuel for this whole operation. It’s a simple setup for a simple business. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just provide a place for our staff to work and get through the week together, doing whatever needs to be finished before the weekend comes.
