Sound Magus

Sound Magus is right in the middle of the noise over at Ajnara Tower. If you know the Main Market near Anand Vihar, you probably know how busy it gets around here. Our spot on Plot No. 1 is right in the thick of it. There is always something happening outside the windows, whether it is people shopping or traffic backed up towards the station. We’ve been here for a bit, and you sort of get used to the constant hum of the market. Inside the tower, things are a bit more focused. We deal with audio stuff mostly, so we spend a lot of our time listening to things and checking connections. It’s not a very big space, but we make it work. The shelves are usually stacked high with gear, and there’s always a few cables tangling up on the floor if we aren’t careful. We aren't trying to be some giant corporate office; it’s just a practical setup for the work we do. Most of the guys here have been into sound for years, so we just talk shop and handle whatever comes through the door. Lunch usually comes from one of the stalls downstairs, and then it’s back to the workbench. It’s a good spot because everyone knows where Anand Vihar is, so it makes it easy for people to find us when they need to drop something off. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the door, but we just put a bucket down and keep going.
