We are located at Building 133, which sits right at the backside of Okhla Industrial Area Phase 2. It’s not the easiest place to find if you don't know the area, but if you look for the DHS building, we are right near there. The traffic in Okhla is something else, especially during the rainy season when the roads get messy. Inside the building, it’s mostly just stacks of gypsum boards and bags of plaster everywhere. Saint Gobain Gyproc India Ltd is a big name, but this specific branch feels more like a local warehouse where everyone knows each other. We spend a lot of time loading up the delivery vans and checking the inventory. The air inside always smells a bit like chalk. We have a small break area where the kettle is always on for someone. The walls are lined with samples of different finishes, though some of them have gathered a bit of dust over the months. The loading dock is the busiest part of the whole place. You can hear the forklifts moving back and forth from early morning until late evening. It’s a solid building with high ceilings and heavy doors that stick a bit when it’s humid. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized amidst all the white boards. It’s a lot of physical work, but the crew here is used to it by now.
