Our office is tucked away in the 29 Commercial Complex over in Panchsheel Park. It’s a decent area, though finding a parking spot can be a real headache some mornings. At POLYGAL INDIA PVT. LTD., we spend a lot of time dealing with various sheets and roofing materials. The space inside is mostly filled with desks and samples of the products we handle. It isn't a huge operation here at the complex, but we stay busy enough with the phone calls and emails that come in. We’ve got a small group of people working here, and most of us have been around long enough to know the specs of everything we sell without having to look them up. The building itself is older, and sometimes the air conditioning hums a bit too loud, but it’s home for us. We don't do much in the way of big advertising or fancy events. People usually find us because they need something specific for a project, and we just give them the facts. Usually, we're busy coordinating with the warehouse or checking on delivery schedules to make sure things are moving. It’s a lot of logistics and talking to people on the phone. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a shipment is going to be late, we just say so and try to fix it. It’s just how we run things in Panchsheel Park, day in and day out, without any unnecessary complications.
