Is Travel is located at Rz 9-223 in West Sagarpur, specifically in J Block. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but once you find the building, we are easy to spot. We’ve been helping people with their travel plans from this office for a good number of years. It’s not a corporate office with a lobby. It’s more like a room where we have our computers and files. We handle a lot of local requests, people wanting to visit family or go on a short holiday. We know the West Sagarpur area really well because we’ve been here so long. The chairs in the waiting area are a bit old, but they are comfortable. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. We’d rather make sure our equipment works and the internet is fast enough to book tickets. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a whole family comes in to plan a trip together. We just pull up more chairs and try to figure it out. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream. We just give them the prices and the times and let them decide. It is a simple, honest way to run a business. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and talking on the phone to confirm bookings. We just like getting people to their destinations without any unnecessary drama or confusion.
