Our office is way up on the 6th floor of Jaina Tower 2, right in the middle of the District Centre at Janakpuri West. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevators are acting up, but the view of the city from 620-A is actually okay. Greet Holidays is basically a small team of us sitting around desks, planning out trips for people. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to hotels. It started out because we all liked to travel ourselves, so we figured we might as well do it for a living. It’s not always easy, especially when flights get canceled or a hotel doesn't look like the pictures, but we do what we can to sort it out. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know how to book a decent holiday. The office is usually cluttered with brochures and printouts. We don't have a big reception area or anything fancy. People usually just call us or send an email, and we go from there. We’ve been in this building for a while now, so we know the tea stall downstairs pretty well. Working in travel means you're always thinking about being somewhere else, which is a funny way to spend your workday. We just try to be honest with people about where they're going.
