You can find us at 1058, Sector-A, Pocket B in Vasant Kunj. It’s a nice enough part of New Delhi to work in. Rubber Brand Advertising and Marketing is basically just a group of us who ended up in this industry together. We don't have a giant office with a view, just a solid space where we can get through our list of things to do. Marketing is a lot of trial and error, so we spend a lot of time talking through ideas and seeing what sticks. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is a nice change from the busier parts of the city. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we’ve learned that keeping things simple is usually the way to go. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to for a meeting with someone important. We share the work and we share the frustrations when something doesn't go right. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and pens. We don't have a philosophy or anything like that. We just want to make sure the ads look good and the marketing plans make sense. It’s a lot of staring at screens and checking data. We take our breaks together and talk about regular stuff, not just work. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we're glad to be part of the Vasant Kunj community. It’s just us doing our thing.
